Guy has been dabbling in Yoga since before he knew what it was.  Life took him to the studio back in 2000 or so, where he’s still learning how to use his body until he’s finished with it in another 50 or so years.  He’s been involved in building a couple of incarnations of studios here in Teton Valley and is grateful to now be working behind the scenes to help see to it that The Yoga Source sticks around.

She has come to appreciate the subtle power of the breath, and when linked with movement, the ability to open students toward the possibility of deeper self awareness and personal transformation. Her teaching style is vigorous, enthusiastic and inspiring, focused on breath and alignment, and invites students to explore more of themselves both on and off the mat. She has studied with many teachers and yoga lineages which continue to inform and guide her teaching. She loves authentic connection, sunshine and potato chips.

I started practicing yoga in high school and I was immediately drawn to the fact that it is not only a physical practice, but also was something I could do to enhance my whole being. A couple years later I completed a 200 hr immersive yoga teacher training in the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee. It was a profound experience of self discovery that ignited my passion to share the life enhancing benefits of yoga with others. I am eager to continue my own growth, while guiding others in finding our most authentic selves through yoga practice. In my free time I love camping, hiking, traveling, skiing, live music, and spending time with animals and my loved ones.
