NOW FREE! Bring your friends!!! Wearing headphones (provided) makes for a unique and really fun event! The headphones make it so the music and the instructor are the only things you hear. It feels like dance and yoga at the same time, like you are being transported. Join us most Tuesday evenings in the summer from 7-8 PM.
