learn the sacred art of deep rest

this immersive restorative yoga and yoga nidra teacher training is a sanctuary for those who feel the weight of a fast-paced world, and long to find true rest, a calm mind, and a peaceful heart.

This course takes place over a weekend and it is part-trianing/part retreat. There is time + space to land, nourish your nervous system, journal, discuss, learn, and practice. It is a "no-stress" break away from the demands of daily life, and the goal of the weekend is to be as comfortable + cozy as possible -- wear all the comfy clothes, use all the blankets, drik the tea!

Why practice restorative yoga and yoga nidra meditation?

In a culture of 'doing', this is the yoga of 'being'.

Restorative yoga and yoga nidra offer more than just physical rest-- they invite emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and profound self-discovery. As a teacher, you become a guide to sanctuary: creating spaces where other can pause, soften, and connect with their inner landscape.

All participants receive a certificate of completion, and yoga teachers registered with the Yoga Alliance receive 25 hours of CEUs

Atman School of Yoga

The Atman Yoga School® teaches Power Vinyasa Flow, which is a dynamic and creative style of yoga that links breath to movement. We are a multi-lineage yoga school that brings a modern approach to traditional yoga philosophy and asana practice, supported by the wisdom of Ayurveda – the sister science of yoga. We follow the spirit of Krishnamacharya’s teachings: fit the practice to the individual, not the individual to the practice.

Vinyasa flow is about utilizing the freedom of movement as a tool for greater self-awareness and discovery. Each class sequence is different and allows students to create their own experience on the mat, while offering space to modify or layer up the practice in ways that best serve the individual.
